Can you match the exterior finish to our pre-existing structures?
Answers:
Yes. We have literally hundreds of exterior texture and color
combinations to match virtually any pre-existing structure.
Questions:
Do I need a crane?
Answers:
Yes and No. All of our buildings require a crane to unload them
off the flatbed. However, we can set up crane rental for you and
include it in the quote.
Questions:
I need a building in a hurricane prone area. Are your buildings
hurricane resistant?
Answers:
Yes. With our Hurricane Tie-Down anchor bolt package, our buildings
are all Category 5 Hurricane resistant. We also have certified documentation
of missle testing, such as 2" x 4" lumber at varying speeds,
on 4" reinforced concrete walls.

I'm curious about shipping. Do I have to set up a flatbed?
Answers:
No. We take care of everything and include your destination charge
in your quote.

And if I need a building overseas, can you ship it?
Answers:
Yes. We currently have buildings in Guam, Korea, Costa Rica,
St. Croix, and Africa. We set up the shipping and port charges for
you.
Questions:
When the building is set and electricy is run to the exterior
of the building, how is it hooked up? Is there a place to run the
electricity inside?
Answers:
Yes. We install all electrical connections except for the exterior
meter and box. We leave an opening for the wiring/conduit to be
run inside near the interior electrical panel, or wherever you may
need it. We can also install exterior service panels.

Do you guarantee your work?
Answers:
Yes. We provide a 5 year limited warranty with every building we sell.

If I have plans and technical specifications, can I send them
to you?
Answers:
Yes, please do. We have electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and
concrete specialists on site every day to make sense of any drawing
or spec sheet sent our way.
Questions:
I need a building in Florida. Are your restrooms ADA approved?
Answers:
Yes. All of our restroom and shower facilities can be ADA compliant.
Questions:
How does your pricing compare to a CMU building or a fiberglass
building?
Answers:
99% of the time, our buildings, with shipping and crane rental
included, are less expensive.
