AES Precast Warranty

AES Precast, Inc. warrants the integrity of its precast concrete buildings to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. AES Precast, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, precast concrete parts that have deteriorated due to such defects in material and/or workmanship. All other components are warranted for one (1) year. In any case this warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and cannot be passed on to any subsequent purchasers or owners without the expressed written consent of a qualified representative of AES Precast, Inc.
